Restaurant as historic monument.
When the historic Central Park Boathouse switched hands, The Apt was delighted to get the opportunity to re-brand the iconic location. Respectful of its past, the new branding takes us on a romantic promenade through turn of the 20th century New York City. The graphic identity system combines a florid serif font and the earthy tones surrounding the lakeside restaurant, with a pop of standout yellow, used judiciously on a selection of objects and animals that symbolize Central Park’s many inhabitants.
