This client had inherited the site for a new condominium project with one major flaw - an outdated, monolithic facade that no amount of paint was going to camouflage. The Apt recommended changing perspective and embracing the building as a historic asset, maybe even a legendary undertaking. 

Our branding and marketing efforts for Velocity blazed forth with this idea, developing a fictional forefather for the project, who had intentionally created this community for his privileged descendants. Direct marketing campaigns, a website, a promotional brochure and events were developed around this concept, asking prospects, “Are you part of the family?
